Request for a replacement fire sign

The Pingree Grove and Countryside Fire Protection District annually looks at fire signs throughout the district and replaces those that we feel are in need of replacement. We do understand that at times residents would like their sign replaced prior to our need to replace them. If you would like to have your sign replaced please complete this form and mail to 10N255 Dittman Road, Elgin, IL 60124 along with a check for $25 if you wish to have your fire sign replaced. A district representative will contact you to confirm receipt of your request.
