The Pingree Grove and Countryside Fire Protection District, The Village of Pingree Grove and the MABAS Division 2 Haz-Mat Team will be conducting a Hazardous Materials Preparedness drill to familiarize public safety crews with the chemical feed rooms at the Village of Pingree Grove's Water Treatment Plant. This exercise is intended to be as realistic as possible so first responders may be prepared in the event of a real accident or emergency.

The exercise will take place Tuesday October 19, 2021, 9:00am till 1:00pm, at the Pingree Grove Water Treatment Plant on Reinking Road.

Signs will be places along Reinking Road near Water Street and the Municipal Center, to Alert Motorists of the exercise.
