| Saturday at 2:10 PM, Pingree Grove & Countryside responded Auto Aid to Hampshire for a reported Garage Fire on the 18N700 Block of Gast Rd. Units in route reported a header visible in the distance confirming a working fire. Upon arrival, personnel found a two-story detached Garage with an addition of a lean-to in the rear and the building that was fully involved. Personnel had to contend with a live power line on the ground, and exposures (stacks of pallets, wood piles and other buildings) and other items around the building.
1201 was assigned Operations, 1202 was assigned B & C Division, and 1213 assisted with removing the Garage Doors and Overhaul. Pingree units were on the scene for over 2 hours.
