| This morning Pingree Grove & Countryside responded to the 43W500 Block of Burlington Rd for a Head on Vehicle Accident with Extrication. On arrival Personnel found a two Vehicle Accident with Heavy Damage and one Vehicle off the roadway. One patient was quickly Extricated. Two patients were Transported to the Hospital. The Accident is under investigation and Burlington Rd was closed for 45 minutes.
