Today at 12:36 Pingree Grove & Countryside was dispatched to 2416 Aurora Dr, for an Activated Fire Alarm, a Hallway Smoke Detector was Activated. While enroute Personnel were advised that a second Smoke Detector had Activated. On arrival Personnel found Smoke in the inside and upgraded to a General Alarm for a Fire and had to force entry. On further investigation Personnel found a Stove Fire and Extinguished it. One dog was rescued and returned to the home owners. Personnel performed Overhaul and Ventilation. One Firefighter was transported to the hospital with a minor injury. Companies were on the scene for about an hour. The unit was habitable, and there was no damage to the other units.
