| At 5:16 pm Pingree grove & Countryside responded Auto-Aid to Hampshire for a Vehicle Accident on Westbound I-90 at mile marker 36.5. On arrival Personnel found a 2 Vehicle Accident Pick-Up Truck and Semi Truck. 1202 took Command and started medical care. Pt care was turned over to 1413 on their arrival. Marengo Squad secured Vehicles. 1 patient was transported to the Hospital and 1 signed a medical release. The scene was turned over to Illinois State Police and is under investigation.
