This morning at 1:17 am, Pingree Grove & Countryside responded to South Starks for a single Vehicle Accident. On arrival Personnel found the vehicle off the road and the driver had fled the scene. The Vehicle was going appx 100 mph when he went off the road. The driver was found by Pingree Police and was transported to the hospital by 1253. The scene was turned over to Police and is under investigation. West Bound Rt 20 was closed for about 45 minutes.
