Friday and Saturday Pingree Grove and Countryside Personnel with Assistance of Hanover Township Emergency Services and Fire Catt, tested all of our Fire Hose. Fire Catt Did the Pressure Testing. Personnel Repacked the Hose on Vehicles with Assistance of Hannover Township Emergency Services Personnel.
19,475 Feet of Hose was Tested. 600 feet of that Hose Failed. We repacked Hose on 4 Engines, 2 Tenders, and a Brush Truck. The remaining Hose was rolled and Distributed to our Stations, this Hose is used for Spare Hose to replace Hose used at a Fire that would need to be washed and dried, and to replace damaged Hose.
