Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 4:50 pm Pingree Grove and
Countryside responded for a Vehicle Accident at
Plank Rd and Meadowlark Dr. On arrival Personnel
found a two Vehicle Head-On Accident with Heavy
Damage and a Vehicle on Fire. There were two
patients, both were out of the Vehicles. A Helicopter
was called to the scene due to one of the patients
injuries. The Fire was Extinguished. Both patients
were transported to Hospitals, one by Ambulance
and one by Helicopter. The scene was turned over
to the Kane County Sheriffs. Plank Rd was closed
or about two hours.
