| As part of our Officer Development Program, all of our full-time officers, acting officers and any part-time firefighters who wanted to participate were given a project in May. The project entailed becoming a Fire Chief of the XYZ Fire Department; they were given numerous issues that had to be resolved, and they had to build a budget. These projects have been presented to Training Officer Herrmann the last couple of weeks. All presentations were very good with every firefighter putting a great deal of time and effort to the project. |
