| Last Night 5 Members of the Pingree Grove & Countryside Honor Guard attended the Wake and Fire Department Walk-through for Chicago's Fallen Firefighter. The turn out from the AFFI Honor Guard, Suburban Fire Departments, Out of State Fire Departments and the Chicago Fire Department was Overwhelming. There were more that 300 Firefighters present. Personnel endured Standing for over 45 minutes in Thunderstorm Conditions and Cold Temperatures. Our Honor Guard Represented the Best Traditions of the Fire Service and the Fire District and made us Proud. |
